Terms of service

Wandr Labs is software. We give group-trip operators in India a trip page, a booking and payment flow, and a shared portal for their travellers. We are not a travel agency or tour operator, we do not organise or run any trip, and we are not a party to the contract between a traveller and an operator.

• You must be 18 or older and legally able to run the business you describe. You are responsible for any licences, registrations and taxes (including GST) that apply to your trips.
• Everything you publish (itineraries, prices, dates, photos, inclusions, policies) must be accurate and yours to use. You are responsible for delivering the trips you sell.
• You set your own cancellation and refund policy. It is shown to travellers before they pay, and you are responsible for honouring it.
• You must keep traveller information, including identity documents, confidential and use it only to run the trip. You must not sell it, or market to travellers in ways they did not agree to.
• We may suspend a page or an account that is misleading, unlawful, or puts travellers at risk.

• When you book, you are contracting with the operator, not with Wandr Labs. The operator is responsible for the trip, its quality, safety and any changes to it.
• Give accurate details for every traveller on a booking. Documents you upload are shared with the operator so they can run the trip.
• A booking is held for a limited time while payment is pending. If the hold expires the seats may be released.

Online payments are processed by our payment partner, Cashfree Payments. At checkout the payment is split automatically: the advance goes to the operator's own bank account and Wandr Labs does not hold it. A small convenience fee is added for the traveller and is shown before they pay. We never see or store card, UPI or bank credentials.

You keep ownership of what you upload. You give us permission to store, display and process it only as needed to run the service for you. We keep the software, design and brand of Wandr Labs. We work to keep the service available but do not promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the extent the law allows, Wandr Labs is not liable for what happens on a trip, for an operator's failure to deliver it, or for indirect losses such as lost profit. Our total liability to you for a claim about the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under Indian consumer law that cannot be limited.

You can stop using Wandr Labs at any time. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms. Operators should settle any open bookings with their travellers first.

We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction.
