For activity operators

Four lessons a day, all paid for before anyone arrives.

Surf schools, kayaking, rafting, diving, paragliding. Sell the session online, take the money up front, and have the waiver signed before someone is standing on your beach in a wetsuit.

How it works

A slot, not a departure.

A group trip sells a date. You sell a date and a time— and you sell four of them before lunch. Each session has its own capacity, its own price and its own booked count, so Saturday 7am filling up has nothing to do with Saturday 4pm.

Everything else — payments, refunds, the traveller portal, vendors, your storefront — is the machine the trips product already runs on.

Set the weekly pattern once. The sessions create themselves.

The two things that cost you money

No-shows and paperwork on the beach.

Paid in full, up front

A session that someone half-booked on WhatsApp is not a booking. The default here is payment in full at the time of booking, so the seat is real — with an option to take part now if you would rather.

Waiver signed at booking

Your own wording, agreed when they pay, with the exact text and timestamp stored. Guardian consent for under-18s is collected the same way — not on a clipboard while the tide goes out.

We store what was agreed and when. We are not lawyers, so have yours review the wording.

Before they arrive

Everything they need, without a phone call.

Time, meeting point, what to bring, what to wear, and whether their waiver is done. Reminders go out on their own, so the 7am group turns up at 7am with the right things.

Built for sessions

The activity-shaped parts.

Weekly schedules

Set the pattern once and the sessions generate themselves.

Many sessions a day

Four lessons on one Saturday, each with its own seats.

Paid in full up front

The default, because a no-show is the real enemy.

Waivers

Agreed at booking, with the exact text and time stored.

Guardian consent

For under-18s, collected before they arrive, not on the beach.

Gear and sizes

Wetsuit and board size captured with the booking.

Session sheet

Who is coming, ages, gear, waiver status — on one page.

Weather cancellations

Cancel a session, refund the group, free the slot.

Pricing options

"Lesson" and "lesson plus gear" priced separately.

If you also run multi-day camps, the trip pages are covered in Features.

Questions

Activity questions.

Underneath it is the same machine. A slot simply has a time as well as a date, is usually paid in full, and carries a waiver.
