Refund and cancellation

The cancellation and refund policy for your trip is written by the operator and shown on the trip page before you pay, and again in your booking portal. What you are refunded when you cancel depends on that policy and on how close to departure you cancel. Read it before you book.

• Open your booking in the traveller portal with your PNR and mobile number, and request a cancellation. The operator is notified.
• Or contact your operator directly. They can cancel the booking and record the refund from their dashboard.
• The operator confirms the cancellation, decides the refund amount under their policy, and releases your seats.

Your advance goes to the operator's own bank account at checkout. Because Wandr Labs does not hold that money, any refund is issued by the operator, back to the original payment method where possible. Banks and card networks usually take 5 to 7 working days to show it.

The small convenience fee added at checkout pays for the payment processing. It is refunded if a payment fails or is charged in error. For a cancelled trip, the refund of the fee follows the operator's handling of the booking.

If the operator cancels or cannot run the departure, you should receive a full refund of what you paid for it, or the option of another date, as the operator agrees with you.

Start with your operator. If you paid and your booking does not show as confirmed, or you were charged twice, tell us and include your PNR or payment reference so we can trace it with our payment partner. Wandr Labs cannot decide a refund the operator's policy does not allow, but we will help you resolve payment errors.
